The $50,000 Fish!
During this competition, you will be looking for a very specific fish. In great secrecy four fish will be tagged and released into the water to be found by four lucky anglers! Fish will be release in both the Goulburn River and Lake Eildon and you can have a go in both! You never know, you might just pull out a fish that has a bright yellow tag on it which means you might be a winner!
- Once you find the tagged fish you must take your fish (whole - not gilled or gutted) to one of our Redemption Points for examination. Please try to limit your handling of the fish. Your fish will be examined for evidence of netting and other illegal fishing practices. If any illegal practices are suspected, your fish will be deemed disqualified.
- Note: Do not remove the tag from the fish
