The theme of this year’s event is “Nature at Risk”, however the topic can be of the writers own choice. The Murrindindi Dusty Swag Awards were established in 2000 and has grown each year with a variety of writing styles submitted from short poems to longer stories. Held over the 2010 Easter weekend at the Motorcycling Victoria (MV) State Motorcycle Sports Complex the event is a non competitive event for all types of pre 1985 motorcycles. For more information please visit: www.ma.org.au KERRISDALE MOUNTAIN RAILWAY EASTER THREE DAY STEAMFEST – KERRISDALE April 3-5, 2010 The Kerrisdale Mountain Railway Easter Three Day Steamfest will be held on April 3-5, 2010 and is expected to provide fun and entertainment for the whole family! The Steamfest will have prizes for the kids, a live steam museum display, visiting engines, kiosks as well as a sausage sizzle. Bookings are essential!

Great artwork & photos of animals will be on display along with friendly animals, farm tours, fun activities, face painting, music, special guests, as well as a Vegan BBQ. Edgars Mission is a not for profit sanctuary for neglected, abused and discarded farm animals. The outreach centre aims to expand the public’s circle of compassion to include all animals.
